Named Frank Willis, after his father, professionally as a manager/music talent
executive from Long Beach, CA who grew up around music from early childhood. Frank’s father played bass guitar in the late 60’s for The Crystals.
A student of the art of music, As executive manager in 2013 of the Vacluse in Hollywood, Dovelyfe Entertainment has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.
The second oldest of 6 siblings, Frank was born and raised on the Eastside of Long Beach, Ca. From the “hood” to a BA in Business Management from UEI, Frank found a passion in non-profits, he is a member of RealTalk Youth Impact Program in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Recognizing that the industry’s platform discourages up & coming artist/performers from pursuing their dreams, Frank officially launched his management company targeting the development of underground artist.
